Question 1

How does Mobile Money rent collection work?

Accepted Answer

Yiliora integrates directly with Ghana's Mobile Money networks. When an invoice is generated, tenants receive a payment prompt and pay via MoMo. The platform fee depends on your plan — 2% on FREE, 1.5% on BASIC and 1% on PRO — deducted automatically before funds are settled to your registered account.

Question 2

Can I manage multiple properties and units?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add as many properties and units as you like — the FREE plan covers your first 5 units, and paid plans simply bill per unit with no cap.

Question 3

Is my tenant data secure?

Accepted Answer

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Yiliora is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with daily backups. We never share your tenant data with third parties.

Question 4

Do I need technical knowledge to use Yiliora?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Yiliora is designed for landlords, not tech experts. The onboarding wizard guides you step by step, and our support team is available via WhatsApp if you need help.

Question 5

What happens when I exceed my unit limit?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your plan's unit limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time directly from your dashboard — no data is lost during upgrades.

Question 6

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
