Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Yiliora.
The service
Yiliora, operated by NorGha Company Limited, provides software for managing rental properties: tenancy records, invoicing, Mobile Money rent collection, maintenance tracking, and related tools. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must have the legal right to manage the properties and record the occupant information you add.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page. A 1.5% platform fee applies to Mobile Money collections. Fees may change with notice; continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new fees.
Acceptable use
You may not use Yiliora for unlawful activity, to harass occupants, to send spam, or to attempt to breach the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
Your records remain yours. We process them to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and may request deletion of your account.
Liability
Yiliora is provided “as is”. We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we are not liable for indirect losses, or for disputes between landlords and occupants. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. On closure, we retain records only as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
