Privacy Policy

How Yiliora collects, uses, and protects information.

Who we are

Yiliora is a property-management service built and managed by NorGha Company Limited for landlords and property managers in Ghana. This policy covers the yiliora.cloud website and the Yiliora application.

What we collect

Account information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you register.

Property and tenancy records you enter: properties, units, occupant details, agreements, invoices, and payments. You are responsible for having the right to record your occupants’ information.

Payment information: Mobile Money and payment details are processed by our licensed payment partners. Yiliora does not store your Mobile Money PIN or full payment credentials.

Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and reliability. The marketing site sets no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To provide the service: collecting rent, generating invoices and receipts, sending payment reminders and notices you configure.

To communicate with you about your account, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Yiliora — payment gateways, SMS and email delivery providers, and secure cloud hosting and file storage — under agreements that limit their use of it to providing those services.

Storage and security

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit. Uploaded documents are private and served only through short-lived signed links. Access within NorGha is limited to staff who need it to operate or support the service.

Your rights

In line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to hello@yiliora.cloud and we will respond within a reasonable time.
